Essential Oils and Dogs
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 cup almond flour, brown rice flour, whole wheat flour or any other flour
1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed
2 oz cooked ground turkey, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup water
OPTIONAL: Want to make them more tastier for furparents? Just add 1-2 drops of stevia leaf into the recipe.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Line 1 or 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 30 minutes, until slightly hardened. Let treats cool completely before serving. Makes 24 to 36 large or 64 mini treats.

Other Recipes
Here are some other great recipes I like to use on our pups. I found these recipes from the book, Spoil Your Pet by Dr. Mia Frezzo and Jan Jeremias, which have a ton of great essential oil usage and safety for using essential oils for your pets (mostly cats and dogs):
